  1. Acceptance of Terms: By using the Pagio website building tool (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service.
  2. Use of Service:
    You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:
     - For any illegal or unauthorized purpose
     - To publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libellous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
     - To upload, post, or otherwise transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
     - To interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Service.
     - To use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Service.
  3. Ownership of Content:
    You retain ownership of any content created using the Service, but grant Pagio a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, distribute, publish, and process, information and content that you provide through the Service, without any further consent, notice and/or compensation to you or others.
  4. User Generated Content:
    The Service may allow you to submit, upload, publish or otherwise make available content, including but not limited to text, photographs, videos, and audio (collectively, "User Generated Content"). You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the User Generated Content. By making any User Generated Content available through the Service, you grant to Pagio a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, distribute, publish, and process the User Generated Content in connection with the Service and Pagio's (and its successors' and affiliates') business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Service (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels.
  5. Changes to Service and Terms:
    Pagio reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice to you, and is not obligated to support or update the Service. Pagio may also modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified Terms. Your continued use of the Service after any modification to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of such modification.
  6. Termination of Service:
    Pagio, in its sole discretion, at any time may discontinue the Service, or may terminate or deny your use of the Service, with or without notice and with or without cause.
  7. Disclaimer of Warranties:
    The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Pagio expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
